We bring you an invitation by the Embassy of Ireland and hope you will join the celebration:
The Embassy of Ireland in Croatia will celebrate Bloomsday on Saturday morning, June 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Around 10:30 a.m. there will be Irish traditional music and dance performed by Drowsy Lizards and Emerald Steps at Cvjetni trg (Preradovićev trg). At the end of their session, there will be an opportunity to learn a few moves from the Emerald Steps. To complete the morning celebration, we will head to the Bogdan Ogrizović city library, where the Joyce: Global Odyssey exhibition will be set up, where Professor Aidan O'Malley will give a short speech about James Joyce. We hope you will be able to join us for the celebration.
