Dear HUPE Friends and Future Conference Speakers,
We are delighted to announce that the Call for Papers for the 35th Annual International HUPE Conference is now open!
The conference will take place from March 19–21, 2027, in Petrčane (Zadar), at Hotel Pinija.
If you have ideas, experiences, research, or classroom practices you would like to share with fellow English language teaching professionals, we warmly invite you to submit a proposal and become part of our conference programme.
Whether you are an experienced presenter or considering presenting at a HUPE conference for the first time, we would love to hear from you.

We invite teachers, researchers, teacher educators, and ELT professionals to contribute by sharing their knowledge, experience, innovative practices, and inspiring ideas.
Submission period:
October 1–31, 2026
Submit your proposal via the official form:
What can you submit?
- Workshops (interactive sessions with active audience participation)
- Talks (research-based or practice-oriented presentations)
Submission guidelines
Your proposal should include:
- session title
- abstract (short version for the programme and a detailed version for reviewers)
- short biography (written in the third person)
- session type
- target age group / level
- duration (30 or 45 minutes)
- equipment / room requirements
