There was this kid named Jack. Jack was the typical quiet kid. Until a new transfer student arrived in his school. Everybody was excited and wanted to know where she was from. She introduced herself as Amelie. She immediately got surrounded by everyone except Jack. Everybody asked her where she was from. Her gaze landed on Jack but everyone blocked her sight to make her focus on them. She was puzzled as why they were doing this. Maybe they didn't like Jack - the possibilities were endless. As the bell rung everybody got back to their seats and waited for the teacher to arrive. As the teacher arrived everybody stood up and said good morning to the teacher. The teacher started the lesson and everybody pulled out their books and notebooks. Amelie was staring at Jack wanting to get an explanation from him why everybody stood in her way while trying to see who was there but another classmate looked at her and said "He's just quiet, don't worry about him.'" She focused back on the lesson. As the lesson continued, her mind slowly drifted back to Jack and asking herself if she should go up and talk to him or if she's just being paranoid and nothing is wrong. The bell rung once more signaling a break. As the students left the classroom to go to a different subject, Amelie walked up to Jack and asked him if he wanted to walk together to the other classroom. Jack was confused since nobody ever wanted to walk with him. As they gradually talked each day Jack and Amelie became friends. Everybody looked confused when they saw Amelie and Jack walk together to class each day. Jack had a best friend named Brian. Brian was different than Jack. Brian was full of energy and two years older than Jack. Brian was walking down the hall when he saw Jack and Amelie walk into a classroom together. Brian was surprised and he followed them in. But luck wasn't on Brian's side as the bell rung and he hurried to class. He repeated the memory over and over until the teacher noticed him and called him to the board. The teacher gave him a hard math question. Brian was so puzzled but he tried to solve the question. In the end the teacher let him go back to his seat and the bell rung. Brian immediately sprinted out and tried to find Jack and he bumped into him coliding with him. They both fell to the ground and Brian quickly sat up and grabbed Jack by the arm and took him to a classroom to ask him what's going on. Jack was puzzled and spit everything out. Brian noticed how he stopped being quiet and introverted. Jack tried to go back to class but Brian got in his way and stopped Jack. Jack tried to push him away but Brian was ultimately stronger. Brian told him "I don't want Amelie getting in our friendship" since Jack was always with Amelie and stopped hanging out with Brian. Jack replied to Brian "She won't, trust me. You were the first person that wanted to be my friend." Brian was touched by Jack's words and he let him go back to class. Luckily the bell rang right on time. Jack went back to class and everybody realised his changed demeanor. He ended up not being the quietest kid anymore. From that day he was the most humorous and the coolest.
