The day that changed everything

I was a kid from Serbia and an ordinary tennis fan. From a very young age, tennis was my favourite sport. I spent most of my free time watching matches on TV or playing tennis with my friends. My favourite tennis player was Novak Djookovic, and I admired him not only because of his talent, but also because of his hard work. I usually trained tennis three to four days a week, and I always dreamed of becoming the best tennis player in the world one day.

One special day, I was watching Novak play against Nadal in an important match. The atmosphere was incedible, and the crowd was cheering loudly. Novak played amazingly and was focused. After the match, I was lucky enough to meet him. I gathered all my courage and asked him for his sleeve. He smiled and gave it to me. I was extremely thrilled. I also got a photo with him and his autograph. That moment stayed in my heart forever. Later, I was playing in the finals for my team. I was nervous, but also excited. Before the match started, I put Novak's sleeve on my arm. It made me feel more confident and stronger. During the match I played better than ever before. I won three to zero and surprised everyone, including myself. My opponent was very frustrated because he was known as the best player in the league. The crowd was shouting my name and I felt proud and happy. At that moment I noticed Novak watching me from the stands. I won the golden trophy and a gold medal. I knew something special has started. Novak began training me two to three timnes a week after that tournament. He watched every match I played and gave me advice. As I was getting older, I was improving more and more. I started to play for my city in new international tournaments. Everyone was amazed by m,y performance because I won tree to zero again. Novak told me he was proud of me and that gave me even more motivation. I traind hard every day while I was preparing for the next tounnament. Soon, I was playing for my country, Serbia. I won every match and reached the semi-finals. I was winning two to zero when I suddenly broke my arm. Everyone thought I would lose, but I refused to give up. I put Novak's sleeve on my left arm and continued playing with courage. I won the match and the crowd was cheering loudly. My opponent felt bad because he lost to a player with a broken arm, but I told him that he was better than he thought, he shoulkd never stop beliveng in himself.

We had to wait some time for the finals because my arm needed to heal. When it finally healed, i played in the final match. After a few minutes, I was winningone to zero. Soon I needed only one more serve to win. My opponent became angry and threw his tennis racket and he was disqualified. Once again, I won the gold medal.

The continental tournament began later. Sleeves were not allowed, but I believed that Novak's strenght was now inside my arm. I played with confidence and focus so I won the tounnament easily. Finally, I had the chance to play against Novak Djokovic himself. We played for five hours and no one scored a point. We decided it was a draw. That was the day I became one of best players in the world, and the day that changed everything.
