The day that changed everything
One sunny morning in a small town, two people met after almost 15 years. They were shocked because they were sworn enemies since they were little kids. Kai was happy because of the reunion but for Zara it was so shocking that she just didn't know what to say. Kai and Zara were both in the store and just kinda looked at theirselves because of the shock. -Umm...hi Zara long time no see.-he said with a smirk forming on his face.-Hi Kai, just don't think that our relationship has changed. Don't smirk at me like that you know how it makes me feel.-she said while picking some nail polish. The akward silence was getting in the way but Kai handled it like a feather on his hand.-So...can I get your number, I don't have it anymore.-he said with a akward smile. She looked at him dead in the eyes and said-Why do you want my number after all we have been throught? But fine, here type it in.-She smiled at him, the smile was so bright that he felt like his heart is dissolving. With a smile they said their goodbyes while Kai was thinking of a plan to get their relationship to get better than enemies. Later that day Zara got a text from Kai that said-Hey Zara, wanna come over to my party tonight. there will be your friends. I invited them.-when Zara saw that text her cheek flushed, she was happy and texted back without thinking-A party you say? Hmmmmm, I don't think so.-She send the text but still knew that she will come like a suprise. Kai was upset because she didn't realize that it was his birthday party. He just answerd with a simple-Ok-but behind the phone he was falling apart. She was getting ready for so long! She was thinking about his reaction, his face when he sees her at the door. She was wearing a long black drees that was almost all the way to the floor. She didn't hesitate, started the car engine and went to Kai's house. When she came she knocked gently on the door. He runned to the door with the thought that it was his friends, but when he opened the door he saw Zara. He was so suprised that he blushed a bit.-Hi Zara, what are you doing here? Didn't you say that you won't come?-She smiled brighter than the Sun and said-SUPRISE!! Happy birthday Kai!! Did you really think that I would forget you birthday?-He lead her in the house with a slight smirk.-Get comfortable, Zara you will have a lot of fun.-he said while pouring some juice for Zara. Zara was looking around the house then Kai called out-Hey Zara come here! Your besties are here!-Zara was running faster then a sports car. She hugged all of her friends-Hey Zara...-he said-Will I get a hug...I mean this was all my idea?-Zara's friends watched Zara's shocked face. Zara didn't answer quickly just like always, this time it was diffrent. She said-Ummmm...well only if you want to...I mean I don't wanna sound desperate but we can hug.-then she smiled and looked at Kai who said-Alright then come here!-they both stepped closer and hugged. Their hug was so tight that even Zara melted into it. They both stepped away and smiled-It was okay. Nothing special, are you happy now Kai?-Kai smiled and nodded. After couple of days, and alot of parties and hangouts Kai and Zara became closer and better. Kai confessed his feeling to Zara and she felt the same. They started dating and loved eachother for a long time. That wasthe day that changed everything.
