CONFIRMATION:

Registration confirmations will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of your registration. Attendees who provide valid email addresses will receive their confirmation via email. CANCELLATIONS:

Requests for refunds of registration fees must be delivered, in writing, by February 8, 2018. Requests for refunds will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Refund requests received after the February 8, 2018 deadline will not be honoured. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks after the conference to receive your refund. No refunds are issued on-site.
