Speaker proposals form

Dear speakers,

If you wish to apply for our upcoming 30th conference the application process starts on Sunday, 10th July 2022. The deadline for submitting your speaker proposal is Wednesday, 10th of August. Any proposal received after the deadline will be placed on the reserve list.

You will be notified about the acceptance via email you provide by September, 5th 2022.

PLEASE NOTE that as speakers you will be required to register for the conference until 20th October 2022. If we do not receive your registration by then, you will be removed from the program despite previous confirmation.

Consent for collection and processing of personal data is voluntary. By confirming my consent, I hereby declare that I am older than 16 and that the given information is true and credible. I acknowledge that: I can request a review and correction, erasure or restriction of the processing of my personal data, or file an objection to the processing and portability of my personal data by a written request to: HUPE Croatia, Palmotićeva 60, Zagreb. The erasure of personal data will be arranged without undue delay within 30 days of receiving the request. I can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if I consider that the processing of personal data infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
